Established in 2016 by Chloe Cobbin, Bedouin Brew was built with the simple focus of establishing a coffee community in Brisbane's industrial Southside.
It was launched at Sperling Street in Rocklea, sharing a space with a plant nursery, My Plants.
Whilst Brisbane had a rich culture of trendy cafes in its inner city area, the outer industrial areas lacked this access to specialty coffee and delicious brews.
Drawing inspiration from her middle eastern background, Chloe set up a Bedouin Brew with an Australian aesthetic.
2017 witnessed the relocation of the venue to Coopers Plains after finding success and increased popularity among the locals.
This is when Bedouin Brew moved to its iconic current location, the red brick building.
Supported by a vibrant team of coffee enthusiasts, Bedouin Brew coffee shop has been growing from strength to strength.
